Building future of AI ("we") provides AI-queryable access to a content creator's library (their videos, podcasts, books and notes). You connect the library to an AI assistant you already use (for example Claude) and ask it questions; answers are grounded in the creator's content.
You sign in with Google. Your verified email address is your identity across the service. Keep access to it; you are responsible for activity under it.
Paid access is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and access ends at the end of the paid period. By starting a subscription you get immediate access and consent to the service beginning at once; for EU consumers this means the statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses once you use the service, as permitted for digital services. Access is personal. Daily usage limits may apply to keep the service fast and fair. You may not resell access, bulk-export the library, or attempt to reach content beyond the collections you are subscribed to.
Creators confirm, for every source they add, that they hold the rights to it. If you believe content infringes your rights, email martin.j.menke@gmail.com with the details; we will review and remove infringing material promptly.
Answers are produced by your own AI assistant reading passages from the creator's library. They can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional advice. The creator's original content remains the authoritative source.
The service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees at this stage. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend access that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or creates risk for other users, and will say why when we do.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
