1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Account: your name and email from Google sign-in (via Auth0).
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status, never your card details.
• Usage: a log of service requests — including the questions your AI assistant sends, timestamps and technical metadata — kept to run, secure and improve the service.
• Creator content: sources creators add to their library.

3. What creators can and cannot see

Your questions are between you and your AI assistant. Creators never see your question text and never see your identity linked to any question. Creators receive topic-level activity only: which subjects in their library get explored, how often, and aggregate counts of subscribers. Raw logs are accessible only to us, for operations and debugging.

4. Legal bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (account, payments, answering requests) and on legitimate interest (service security, abuse prevention, aggregate product analytics).

5. Where and how long

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west1). Usage logs are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Processors

Google Cloud (hosting, EU), Stripe (payments), Auth0/Okta (sign-in, EU tenant). We do not sell personal data and share it with no one else.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing martin.j.menke@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.

8. Cookies

The service itself sets no tracking cookies; a short-lived state value is used during sign-in only.
